These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website qlogic.co.in and the educational services provided by Q-Logic Labs ("Q-Logic Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietorship based in Jalalabad, Punjab, India. By enrolling in our programs, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Q-Logic Labs provides maths and competitive-exam coaching, including Beyond Books (Vedic Maths), Extra Marks (CBSE/ICSE Maths), and Career Edge (Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation for government and entrance exams), delivered through group batches, workshops, summer camps, and one-to-one sessions, offline and/or online.
2. Enrolment & Eligibility
Enrolment is confirmed once the applicable fee is received and we acknowledge it. Where a student is a minor, a parent or legal guardian enrols on their behalf and accepts these Terms. You agree to provide accurate registration information.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees for each program are communicated at the time of enrolment. Payments may be made at the institute or online through our payment partner, Razorpay. Online payments are subject to the terms of the payment processor. Promotional or founding-cohort pricing is valid only for the stated seats and period. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Our teaching is designed to build understanding, accuracy, and speed. We do not guarantee any examination result, score, rank, admission, or selection. Outcomes depend on each student's own effort, practice, and circumstances. Any results or testimonials we share reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar outcomes.
5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to attend regularly, behave respectfully, and not disrupt classes. We may discontinue services, without refund, in cases of serious misconduct.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, textbooks, worksheets, recordings, designs, and content provided by Q-Logic Labs are our intellectual property and are licensed to enrolled students for personal learning only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q-Logic Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the relevant program.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its "Last updated" date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Fazilka, Punjab.
