This policy explains refunds and cancellations for fees paid to Q-Logic Labs. We want every student to enrol with confidence, so we keep our terms simple and fair.
1. Try Before You Pay
We offer a demo class so you can experience our teaching before enrolling in a full program — a low-cost ₹49 demo class across our programs, and a free first class for selected founding batches. We encourage you to try one before you enrol.
2. Cancellation Before a Program Begins
If you cancel an enrolment at least 3 days before the batch, camp, or course start date, you may request a refund of the fee paid, less any applicable payment-gateway charges. Refund requests must be made by phone, WhatsApp, or email using the contact details below.
3. After a Program Begins
Once classes have commenced, fees are generally non-refundable, as a seat in our small batches (capped at 15) is reserved for you and cannot easily be reassigned. In genuine cases (for example, a medical reason or relocation), we may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit toward a future program.
4. One-to-One Sessions
Prepaid one-to-one sessions that have not yet been conducted may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Unused, prepaid sessions may be refunded on request, less any sessions already taken and any payment-gateway charges.
5. If We Cancel
If Q-Logic Labs cancels a batch, camp, or session, you will receive a full refund of the fee paid for that program, or the option to move to an alternative batch.
6. Duplicate or Failed Payments
Any duplicate charge or amount debited due to a technical/transaction error will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via our payment partner, Razorpay, normally within 5–7 working days of approval. The timeline to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
